Bodhisattva Training:
Lojong Course:  Based on Training the Mind by Chogyam Trungpa, this course is a 7-point mind training aimed at opening one up to real compassion based on genuine wisdom and swift skillful means.  The course follows points based on the Six Paramitas.  These are broken down into the 59 slogans of Atisha (982 - 1054 CE).  Atisha was a widely renowned master, known for his emphasis on the preliminaries of refuge, bodhicitta, and developing pure intention.  Truly a master of compassion, his 59 slogans are designed to strip away clinging to our neurotic tendencies, allowing us to be more compassionate to others.
